Richardson Printing

Quark XPress offers users the ability to collect everything needed to send a job out for printing. Under the FILE menu you will see COLLECT FOR OUTPUT... and this will open a dialogue box asking you to check which elements you would like to include in the collection. It's a simple way to gather only the needed files for your print job. But remember, it won't look inside your placed EPS graphics for used fonts, so it's a good idea either to save an outlined-type version of the graphic or remember to include those fonts with your collected job files before sending them out.
