As a valued customer of Richardson Printing, Inc., there are certain truths that should be self-evident in your relationship with our company.

The most important truth is that you have inalienable rights as our valued customer and our company certifies these rights in writing.

  1. You have the right to expect fair and honest treatment by our company at all times.
  2. You have the right to expect your job to be delivered in a timely fashion.
  3. You have the right to expect a prompt response to your request for an estimate.
  4. You have the right to expect quality materials will be used in producing your job.
  5. You have the right to expect that highly trained technicians and craftspeople will be charged with producing your job.
  6. You have the right to expect well trained, courteous personnel handling your account.
  7. You have the right to expect regular and accurate communication regarding the status of any job in progress.
  8. You have the right to expect your invoice will reflect the estimate you received and that any additional charges will have been approved by you before billing.
  9. You have the right to communicate directly with me at any time you desire.
